1. Acceptance of applications

You can apply by registering or visiting the website below.
Visit reservation: You can make a reservation from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in advance.

2. Interview

We require that all applicants take an admission exam as part of the application process. This exam consists of multiple-choice reading and math tests along with a short writing assessment. Decisions are based on a holistic review of each candidate’s demonstrated academic potential, their developmental, social, and behavioral background. English proficiency is not a priority decision making criteria for acceptance.

3. Admission Decision

We are contacting parents individually when we approve.

4. Entrance Examination

Only students who pass the interview will have an entrance examination, and the entrance exam consists of English and Math tests written in English. In particular, the main reason why middle and high school students take the entrance exam is to understand the current student’s English and Math skills and choose a course that suits the student level.

SSI Busan Campus collects and uses personal information for the following purposes and does its best to safely handle members' personal information.
1. Purpose: Checking information according to SSI Busan Campus Service
2. Item: Name, contact number, address, e-mail address, occupation
3. Retention period: Keep it for one year after completion of the review for the admission inquiry consultation service, and discard the information without delay.
* You have the right to refuse consent to the collection of the above information, and you cannot apply if you refuse to consent.

[Refund Policy]

-Tuition and fees must be paid within 5 business days after acceptance or prior to the first day of classes, whichever date occurs first.
-Tuition payment is only accepted by bank transfer or cash (credit card payment is not accepted).
-Discount
*Lump-sum payment: 2% of Tuition
*Sibling Discount: 5% of Tuition
-Various excursions and activities will be billed to families separately.
-The policy for returning students is the same as new students
-Bus will be issued by the bus service company
-If any tuition payment is delayed beyond the applicable due date, a late payment charge of five percent (5%) per annum will be added to the unpaid tuition total until the outstanding amount is fully settled.
-In case of non-payment or payment delinquency of tuition the school may take measures such as restricting students from attending classes, withholding report cards, and/or refusing re-enrollment for the following semester.

Amount to be paid -> 85% of 1st semester payment
Refund amount -> 30% of 1st semester payment
Nov 1, 2024 – Dec 31, 2024
Amount to be paid -> 50% of 1st semester payment
Refund amount -> Not applicable
Jan 1, 2025 – Feb 9, 2025
Amount to be paid ->100% of 2nd semester payment
Refund amount -> 85% of 2nd semester payment
Feb 10, 2025 – Mar 9, 2025
Amount to be paid ->100% of 2nd semester payment
Refund amount -> 65% of 2nd semester payment
Mar 10, 2025 – April 20, 2025
Amount to be paid ->85% of 2nd semester payment
Refund amount -> 30% of 2nd semester payment
April 21, 2025 – June 30, 2025
Amount to be paid ->50% of 2nd semester payment
Refund amount -> Not applicable

-Tuition is subject to refund in accordance with the schedule written above.
-The refund schedule applies for both voluntary and involuntary withdrawals.
-Even in cases where tuition is paid on a triannual basis, the school's refund policy shall remain fully applicable and enforceable in accordance
-Any outstanding amounts must be cleared prior to the release of transcript.
